Deliver full-spectrum Human Resource support to federal clients, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and separations.
• Conduct workforce and manpower analysis to support mission readiness and alignment with agency goals.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, practices, and programs in accordance with federal regulations (e.g., OPM, EEOC).
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with federal HR data standards and security requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to government personnel on HR topics such as employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and workplace policies.
• Analyze staffing needs and develop staffing plans and position descriptions aligned with organizational missions.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including promotions, transfers, reassignments, and separations.
• Coordinate and support job fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment efforts.
• Use federal HR systems such as USA Staffing, DCPDS, or PeopleSoft (as required by agency).
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on workforce metrics and manpower planning.a​
