The Landscaping Services Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform grounds maintenance and landscaping services in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Services are to maintain the appearance, health, and safety of government-owned or leased properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and turf areas as per contract schedule.
• Prune trees, shrubs, and bushes to maintain health and aesthetics.
• Apply fertilizer, weed control, pesticides, and other treatments as needed.
• Remove and dispose of yard waste, leaves, and debris in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems, ensuring optimal water usage and function.
• Maintain sidewalks, driveways, and walkways by removing weeds, snow, and debris as required.
• Install seasonal flowers, sod, mulch, and other landscape materials as specified.
• Inspect all maintained areas regularly and report any issues or hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Respond to emergency requests such as storm clean-up or snow removal within specified timeframes.​
